District Magistrate Presides Over ‘Sampoorna Samadhan Diwas’ in Sarojininagar Tehsil

Lucknow – Following the priorities of the administration to resolve public grievances at the local level, ‘Sampoorna Samadhan Diwas’ (Complete Resolution Day) was organized across all five tehsils of the Lucknow district. District Magistrate (DM) Vishakh G presided over the event held at Sarojininagar Tehsil, emphasizing that quick and time-bound resolution of public complaints is a top priority.

Significant Progress in Grievance Redressal

A total of 640 cases were received across the five tehsils of the district today, out of which 139 cases were resolved on the spot. In Sarojininagar Tehsil alone, 165 cases were filed, and the District Magistrate ensured the immediate disposal of 56 cases through various departmental teams.

The breakdown of cases received and resolved across the district is as follows:

  • Tehsil Sarojininagar: 165 cases received, 56 resolved on-site.

  • Tehsil Mohanlalganj: 212 cases received, 42 resolved on-site.

  • Tehsil Bakshi Ka Talab (BKT): 126 cases received, 29 resolved on-site.

  • Tehsil Malihabad: 96 cases received, 08 resolved on-site.

  • Tehsil Sadar: 41 cases received, 04 resolved on-site.

The complaints received today spanned various departments, including Revenue (331), Police (81), Development (47), Social Welfare (14), Municipal Corporation (06), Education (05), Health (03), and others (150).

Strict Directives for Quality and Time-Bound Resolution

The District Magistrate issued stern instructions to all district-level officers regarding the remaining pending cases. Key directives included:

  • One-Week Deadline: All officers must ensure the resolution of pending complaints within a strict timeframe of one week.

  • Evidence-Based Reporting: Reports for resolved cases must include photographic and video evidence to ensure quality and authenticity.

  • Direct Feedback: Officers are required to call complainants personally after the resolution of a case to take their feedback and ensure satisfaction.

  • Legal Compliance: The DM mandated that all resolutions must strictly follow legal procedures.

Presence of Key Officials

The event saw the participation of high-ranking district officials, including Chief Medical Officer (CMO) Dr. N.B. Singh, Additional District Magistrate (ADM) Finance and Revenue  Rakesh Singh, ADM Trans Gomti  Rajkumar Mittal, Joint Magistrate  Shweta, and Tehsildar Sarojininagar  Sukhveer Singh. Officers and employees from the police, social welfare, and municipal departments were also present to facilitate immediate action on public grievances.
